on a somewhat related point when does marked fury determine the effect of it.
is it when you 1st mark, start of that foes turn or is it always in flux?
the monk power dragon's tail says "you swap places with the target"
while I know what that means I can not see anything that tells you what swap is in 4e(I'm I missing it somewhere).
does it count as forced movement (ie would I fail on a dwarf if they did not want it.)
also does it provoke oa?
so I was doing some digging into shuriken as my char will be using them somtimes.

it looks like there are two different types. i'm guessing the one in the phb would be hira. I can see sometimes...
also immediate actions(group for both reactions and interrupts) dont work on your own turn like free action do so Elven Accuracy would not work on your attacks if it was a interrupt.
the issue with this is that free actions ~= interrupt.
interrupt spells out that you can invalidate other people actions
free does not. you can try to make a case for it but I dont think that is what they are going for in RAI or RAW
The way I see it is that free action always go when they are said they are being used without ending any actions that are going on right now. ie. still the guys movement phase(unless you wait till he does something else). where as RA wait till the current action is done till it goes off. ie. the...
as it is the target that makes the attack if he has a mark on him it would force a -2 to hit right. also would this let the extra effects of the mark go off?
from a rp side I see it as a forced fumble by you moving around and getting in his way a bit then out of his way.
"your ax swings at the...
I was looking it over and you get a foe to use a melee basic attack vs one enemy of your choice. could you force him to attack himself?
I can see how it could happen on the rp side of things but does it work that way in raw?
if you want a good demo of fate running try these podcasts.
of steam steel and murder. (I'm in this one now so it shows I liked it)

I still says the fix to this is making so that only the first roll of any
(at will only maybe) power
or it you don't want to Nerf aoe that much then make it so that you can only crit once per power that way you don't have to worry about stacking buffs.
I think however what ever fix you make...
