what i mean is. Since PHB-1 say that u cant move from your "space". And later it say that Space is the squares u ocupie. Since u r prone u ocuppie just 1x1 saquare cause u are at the ground. So maybe u just can stand up since u will ocuppie 2x1 squares. So theoricaly u r moving 1 square up...
