I am curious to see future developments. With Kenzer's announcement that they are releasing 4e material without signing anything with WotC, right now anything seems possible. It will be prudent to wait and see what comes out of it, but if Kenzer gets away with it we could go back to the OGL...

IMHO it looks like a rather limited setting. I mean, how many different blackops stories can you game before it starts to get repetitive? I would much rather prefer if the players were not all expected to be blackops operatives. Anyway it is the first setting for 4e I´ve heard about that tries...

I use InitTool from RPTools to run combat. It tracks initiative and can show the combat stats of combatants. It´s free and is written in Java, which means it runs wonderfully under any operating system (I use Ubuntu personally). More info here: http://rptools.net/doku.php?id=inittool:intro
