I might have missed the discussion, but wouldn't you still have to put away whatever you're wielding before attacking with something else using Quick Draw ? Sheathing stuff is still a minor action, I believe. Unless you want to drop it on the floor, which is free.

It looks like the Fighting Style choice closes down about half your Paragon Path choices.

Not really ... the Fighting Style choices aren't that big of a deal. Two-Blade Fighting style opens up a few more weapons to use in that off-hand, but it's quite servicable without if you can live with a d6 weapon in your off-hand. Sure, a d8 or d10 would be nicer ...

Unless I've been misinformed, I'm pretty sure the increased-cost jump starts at 14. That is, 9-13 cost 1 per, 14-16 cost 2 per, 17 costs 3, and 18 costs a whopping 4. No more +2 modifier spamming (well, less. I suppose.)
