I grew up gaming, as I'm sure most of us did, but unfortunately had few opportunities to play much tabletop stuff, so my RPG background was a lot of buying or borrowing sourcebooks, reading them, and occasionally playing computer games by myself that were based (more or less) on them.

Through an academic camp I worked for, I got a lot of chance to expand my nerdiness and faux-DM some one-shots for the students there, and since moving to Raleigh for work, I've joined up with a great group of roleplayers, at long last!

I love music (lots of metal, techno, and punk), reading and writing (scifi and fantasy primarily), cooking (Indian in particular), socializing, and general internet/tech stuff.
