I think it was balanced to begin with. A fighter gets bonus feats because he fights and trains to do so, a rogue gets skills and skill points because he trains using skills, thats logic. If you want to play a figher that can be stealthy and alert play a ranger.

I don't think you made a beefed up fighter as much as a rogue that has no draw back aside from losing some skills and skill points to gain a larger hit die, a slew of bonus feats, and an awesome BAB. I think it's too much, If you want to change it make a PrC with a varient from the duelist.

I would have to agree that ring is extremely powerful especially if used correctly, there isn't even a spell or feat equivilent. I wouldn't have the value under 20,000.

what about the +1 to thrown weapons?

How much of an action do you think wholeness of body would use? For instance using it during combat and still attacking, also are the AOO involved?

I should probably try to find this in a rulebook but when a character has multiple attacks and wants to throw daggers for instance would they need the quick draw feat?
