Wind effect. Perfect. I know exactly where to look for that table, too. That light breeze is gonna be a lot more annoying when it's applying a -8 to ranged attacks from diminutive creatures. And I even described the region they're fighting in as having a reasonably common breeze :)

Was hoping someone remembered the exact sequence. Gestalt with what? Fighter? Or SS/WB? Was hoping there was a non gestalt build for it, but so far my best attempt involved Master of the Nine and only had 7 of them :/
About two years ago on the old WotC forums pre 4E, there was a thread here about a build that would permit a character to know all nine of the 9th level maneuvers from the B09S. Does anyone remember how it was done?
