I'm a historian who lives and teaches in central Illinois. I love to game, whether it is tabletop, computer or RPG. I have a long history of RPGing, and have good familiarity with a variety of systems including all versions of D&D (I'm old...), Call of Cthulhu, World of Darkness and more.

My personal historical interests lead me to have a real appreciation for games set in ancient Rome or the ancient world in general. But I love generic fantasy as much as the next guy, and anything with Cthulhu in it is going to steal my heart.
