From my experience with Divination Wizards, it's not that OP. It's a very effective situational effect.
You need to be very clever to use it correctly, otherwise you can waste it on a minor situation and then realize that you should've kept it for later.

Nice to see Tormenta doing a good job up there. As long as I'm concerned, there isn't even an informal version of it's rules in english, which means Brazilian's TTRPG scenario is growing a lot. And I am pretty sure that 5e is way more popular than Tormenta here in Brazil.
What you could apply is a nerf to the Long Rest and create a Full Rest.
So short rests would work as they do today. Long rests would recover all of their Hit Dice and they could spend any amount of them at the end of the Long Rest. And the Full Rest would be the regular LR, but taking 24...
The Bard. It's probably the best version of a Bard I've ever seen in a DnD- like TTRPG. Not sure if it's the most powerful (O5e's is powerful), but thematically it's perfect. The magical musician partner is very well translated and it has a lot of nice actions to use.
I'm not sure it was balanced at all, but it was a flat 200 gp to medium armor and 500 gp to heavy armor, plus the base price.
I never used firearms, but it I used a lot of environmental damage (shove actions, extreme cold, etc) what made this advantage a little less overwhelming.
Maybe I'm late in discussuon, but I used a homebrew in my games to increase the gold value and also benefit melee heavy armor users. I just gave DR 1 to medium armor and DR 2 to heavy armor.
