Couple of suggestion - how about Basic Melee Attack, Basic Ranged Attack and Action Point cards.

It's already been pointed out that the Repair Object is an encounter power, and with that I kinda suspect that they did this deliberately.

I suspect the 'requirement' is for the above power 'Spike Wire' which while it implies a ranged weapon is required does state as such. At least that's how I'd run it. While Hero's Elixir is nice it is a Daily power - compare it to the alternative Lvl 22 power, Four-Winds Bag, an encounter...

We do know that 'Tumble' is now a feat, and not a skill check. Other things physical activities not related to combat specifically (such as jump, climb or balance) are probably going to still be skill checks, but I suspect other things that used to be (bluff, tumble etc) might not be.

I think its quite hard to work out the exact attribute bonuses for all classes and races, especially as a lot of racial and class abilities are already factored in to the stats of the example characters.

I suspect that the character they wanted to do was a Dragonborn Warlord, and apparently they didn't have enough miniatures to include the Dragonborn, so hence no Warlord either.
