Does this power grant CA, due to dazed/stunned condition applied by the power itself, while being executed?
e.g.
1st attack: no CA, hit, opponent dazed
2nd attack with CA (same opponent) ...
or do the status effects get applied at the end of the power execution? In case of CCoS, after 3...
My suggested stats for a heavy blade dragonborn paladin are 18 13 14 8 14 12.
Main stat Str. Your main damage power is Holy Strike (at-will) so you want Wis as high as possible from here on. You don't need Cha at all. Champion of Order PP makes your DC/marks much stronger than any Cha based...
Is there a difference between dealing damage to an enemy, or an enemy taking damage from you? :-)

If you read the entry for double weapons in the AV carefully it's actually clear for me that only one part has the off-hand property.
"The first die given in the damage column of the table for a double weapon is for the primary (or main) end of the weapon; the second damage die is for the...
2d6 brutal 1 has an average of 7+1=8

On the other hand, if you loose your hidden status due to an action, you still benefit from the hidden status until that action is...
I kinda skipped to the end of the thread, it might be mentioned but here goes ...
Check out the paladin paragon paths. Specifically:

Hospitaler if you're CHA based.
Now evaluate your Divine Challenge again.
Whatever the difference in baseline effectiveness might be. There are 2

STR paladins have Champion of Order: getting an OA that works much like the fighter's Combat Challenge melee basic attack. It doesn't help against shifting...
