I'm loving the look and feel of this movie and the teaser of potential villains and Galactus. Plus it's so good to finally have a live action version of The Thing look like he does in the comics and his interaction with H.E.R.B.I.E. was very fun. I'm looking forward to this.
I would actually prefer this. Do you think they've decided to do this due to all the popular third party adventures being produced or because the Vecna: Eve of Ruin wasn't as big a hit as they hoped?
So this is about £15 more that the D&D starter set but getting four highly detailed miniatures, battlemaps and two adventure books I'd say it was worth the price. I'm looking forward to it.
I don't feel it would be in Critical Roles interest to stop playing 5e campaigns, as it's the most well known RPG and what people most associate them with. I think they would loose a lot of viewership if they did. I would imagine they will continue with 5e campaigns and have short Daggerheart...
I'm excited about Daggerheart and look forward to playing it, but I have completely lost interest in Draw Steel. I regret backing it, but that's my own fault for believing the hype.
Sorry for the late reply.

I ran this adventure and linked it into The Wild Sheep Chase as a follow up adventure. I changed the setting to be in a forest outside Phandalin and changed how the wolves obtained their abilities so I could link it into The Wild Sheep Chase. The adventure was great and played out well. They...
I know their states aren't included but you could always make them up and tweak the adventure by having them meet the party after escaping from the evil wizard and that's why they go back to the inn and start their investigation.
I've read through this adventure and I enjoyed it. I think incorporating a Lego set is so cool! I know that people have used Lego to RPG's for years, but I never have. A friend of mine used Lego to play a solo version of the The Doomed RPG and he said it was a lot of fun. Both to build and play...
I've not read everything in the playtest but from what I have read and watching the videos this will only really appeal to people who love role playing and creating/effecting/enhancing the world that their characters live in. I can't see it appealing to those players who aren't big on role play...
