    D&D 4E Introducing 4eTurnTracker!

Maybe this is the solution. I am certainly looking for a simple but powerful concept, to handle the more complicated powers. But I am weary of implementing any kinds of triggers. Even one as simple as "target hit". Of course, in the case of "Hack and Hew", the secondary attack always applies...

    D&D 4E Introducing 4eTurnTracker!

Currently powers are limited to 3 different target groups (Hit, Miss and Effect) in order to keep things as simple as possible. In general, if the 3 groups are not sufficient, I recommend duplicating powers to add the additional effects. For example you could duplicate the "Hack and Hew" power...

    D&D 4E 4eTurnTracker, D&D 4e Combat Manager

Yes, its not ideal. But, the reason I did it this way was so that you could add a number of effects before adding an end condition. D&D 4E Introducing 4eTurnTracker!

I'll keep this short because you will find more info (although incomplete :erm:) on the web-site: 4eTurnTracker is a program to help DMs manage a D&D 4th Edition encounter. I am developing the program as a hobby, and would like to share it with the RPG community. It's free! Check it out at...

Essentials: Magic Item Rarity Explained, it's actually good!

Yes, I agree, but the problem is more serious. It actually just doesn't make sense that the sale price is 20% for an item that does not deteriorate in value! True enough, if I can only sell an item for 20% of what I originally paid, then the item is very common. However, if an item is common...
