Stating the obvious, that's a video game, it's not a ttrpg.

The last answer makes me think that he's super ignorant about the types of solo roleplaying that exist. It's not only "Choose your own adventure" stuff, there's also things like Ironsworn or oracles like Mythic. A true solo mode would be awesome and it wouldn't be like a CYOA book.

I just stopped liking the system. The "rulings instead of rules" approach doesn't work for me. It's like it's trying to be a simple system, but it's actually crunchy, so it's in a weird place where there are a ton of rules, but many of them fall short and rely way too much in the DM making...

If you have the ultimate license, the players don't need to buy anything. They download the demo version and connect to your game.

Why do you want both the GM and the player version? You can be a player with the GM version too. Why do you need two licenses if you can do anything with just one?

An update to the UI is basically the only thing preventing me from using Fantasy Grounds. Players are often turned off by it so I often need to use lesser VTTs with more attractive UIs just so they agree to play in them. So knowing that you plan to improve this is awesome news. I'm really happy...
