    You get the saves for your first class. When you multi-class, the table in the PHB lists what you get when you take the first level in another class (it does NOT list saves so you don't get them for the new class).

    I would say that as long as the creature has lost actual hit points, then colossus slayer kicks in (just ignore the existence of the temp hit points).

    If you are throwing the hand axe, then yes you get the +2. EDIT: Cernor has a good point. When I initially read the description for the fighting style I though it said "Ranged attack"and not attacking with a ranged weapon.

    For a side note: insects do actually sleep. I was not sure so I did a google search (a couple independent studies done in 2000 demonstrated that they do sleep: http://www.popsci.com/blog-network/our-modern-plagues/do-insects-sleep).

    Obviously they could use to to get fresh food (fish :cool:) in a similar manor as with the survival skill. There would be the limitations on needing a body of water that actually has something to catch in it. Or were you asking for more "hook" related plot "hooks" :o

    That table is class/character level. Not spell level. The domain spells clerics get are listed in a similar confusing manor.

    Death domain in DMG: I have seen multiple mention this in various threads here and over at the WotC boards (usually mentioning a tweet from Mearles I think as the source).

    I have heard that the death domain is in the DMG. Edit: The Light, tempest and war domains seem like reasonable fits for a god of vengeance to me (I don't know you specifics so they may not work).

    Basic rules, page 64 (Chapter 8, Adventuring Section). It does mention this is for traveling on flat terrain (road, open plains, etc).

    You probably should have something to prevent this from stacking with things like Divine Strike(cleric Life domain ability).
