Man I can't find anything! Tons of apps for Windows and iPhone, and lots of things that are limited to d6's, but nothing in (portable) Flash. Sorry I can't help more.
If you have an iPhone there are several excellent die-rolling apps that you can load right on the thing. Shake the phone to roll the dice. Awesomeness.

Well, no, it's still the wizard's turn. I think it's supposed to be:
1) Wizard announces that he is attacking adjacent enemy with Magic Missile
2) Target interrupts with an opportunity melee attack
3) Wizard (if still able) completes his ranged attack.
Right?
