The Spellguard Paladin's level 7 Aura of Concentration providing advantage to concentration saves helps the paladin but is redundant with allies Warcaster feat. This is a poor feature.

Humans can be Barbarians or Bards, so I don't see why Gnomes have an identity problem. I've enjoyed playing Dwarves.

I always used a separate piece of scrap paper for recording current HP and prepared spells if necessary. Only editing the primary character sheet for level ups and new magic items.

Xanathar's has a lot of good subclasses and material that outweighs the questionable. Wildemount is lacking in good subclasses.
