Sword and Sorcery Saga v. 1.02 and NEW Adventure Conversion!

I also wanted to express my excitement for 2.0 and especially for the monster book (I can never get enough monster books!). I'm very impressed by this whole project, Gneech :)

This month's Dungeon - no adventures?

An adventure tie-in to an adventure? That's strange.

    I am not Wil Wheaton

    Wil Wheaton needs more cowbell!

Pathfinder 1E Is Pathfinder Sustainable in the Long-Term?

I couldn't have said it better myself. Although I have to admit I really did enjoy some of the more imaginative rulebooks, like Lords of Madness and Tome of Magic.

Do you agree with WotC selling errata?

The problem I see with your argument, Razz, is that your example of the PS3 is not analagous to the Spell Compedium. If you had a broken PS3, that did not function at all or freezed constantly, that would be more akin to a D&D book that had missing pages, a broken cover, etc., as other...

    White-skinned Drow

Wow. Let's all be a little more touchy about this, please. Back to the purpose of this thread, I'm in the camp that thinks that if dark elves are actually going to be pale-skinned, they should be the "I live in a cave and never see the sunlight" kind of pale. Makes them kinda creepier, I think.

A Lecture on the Birth of Universes

That is exactly what I came up with when I thought about this question. Within the Immaterium itself, what form (if any) do you imagine such creatures would possess? Are they pure chaos? What IS pure chaos?

Mass Combat for E.N. Publishing's War of the Burning Sky

Well, I'm really not sure how to make the battles more unique, as you said - reflecting the varied abilities of a drow regiment, a dragon, and a horde of aberrations - without choosing a more complicated ruleset than GT. If you ask me, Cry Havoc by Malhavoc Press does a pretty good job...

Generic term for a type of god or spirit

The Japanese word "Oni", although it actually refers to spirits/demons of the more malevolent type, might have the right "ring" to it.

    From obscurity to major players

As a post-2e player, I have no idea who Waldorf is. Could someone clue me in?

What books/supplys should I ask for the holidays?

In that case, I really think that the adventure paths are a good option. It goes out of its way to avoid emphasizing any particular setting (although many GREYHAWK tidbits are scattered throughout), they are entirely self-contained so you don't have to worry about a campaign setting, and...

What books/supplys should I ask for the holidays?

From the sounds of it, you don't have the time or the inclination to come up with your own adventures or (as you've said) your own campaign setting. In that case, I definitely agree with the others that Dungeon is an excellent buy, especially since the magazine is only two adventures into the...

    Dungeon 140

Thanks Mr. Jacobs for enlightening me. Is that standard practice at Paizo, implementing forthcoming material from WotC in either Dragon or Dungeon articles? Just curious.

    Dungeon 140

Is Dave Olson involved in the design of FC2? Or how did he get sneak peeks? MAN am i anxious for this book to come out. And this adventure sounds totally sweet. All... firey, and stuff.

Eberron - Characer afflictions from the Mourning

Maybe a player occaisonally thinks he sees a person's face twist into a ghoulish mask that appears to be soundlessly screaming, only to find that the person looks normal when he looks again. Think The Exorcism of Emily Rose, if you've seen that.
