    I don't see rangers as Simic. Simic wants ultimate knowledge of nature to allow it to speed along nature's evolution. Simic wants to use knowledge as a means to propagate growth. That doesn't sound like rangers.

    Honestly, something like Accuracy/Inaccuracy from Lancer would be a solid middle ground. Small bonus? Add a D6 to the roll. Multiple small boni? Roll Xd6, take the highest. Same with penalties.

    The weird part of this is that the project will NOT be including any reprint of the original material. So, why does Goodman even need licensing from the Judges guild? If they are making an adaption, just make Principality of the Unconquerable Paramount, and cut the JG out of this mess entirely.
