Two natures beat within my breast; one is cursed, the other blessed; one I love, one I hate. The one I feed will dominate.
Choice is given, choice is mine; what will I do with what's inside? Grace receive or grace defy; never live or never die.
If you want to get to know my sense of humor, you better have a stomach for wit, the occasional... Ok... frequent use of PG-13 and higher humor and language, and a mild dose of irony and understatement. Otherwise, prepare to be clueless or offended. Also, don't get started on the topic of how the previous declaration "doesn't jive with my religion." It does, quite beautifully, and if you want an open-minded discussion, feel free to send me a message.
Other than that.... All-around nut. That pretty much sums it up, but I got used to having a minimum word count after En 102 brainwashed me on good research technique. Therefore, I'll tell a little bit more.
I was born at an early age in Bluefield, WV, and raised in Bluefield, VA.
I moved to Greenville with my parents in 1999. I wasted the next six years of my life at Bob Jones Academy and University.
I am happily married to the most faithful, sweet, and loving woman in the whole world. It's a miracle we found each other, and quite the love story if I do say so myself.
I like Shakespeare (particularly the Henrys,) and Fantasy. Not so big on Sci-Fi.
I tolerate people, love animals. Particularly cats and ferrets, but I'm not a big dog person.
I like board games, but if it takes more than four hours from setup to finish to play, it had better be Dungeons and Dragons, and preferably set in the Forgotten Realms. If I'm putting that much time into a game, I want a good story to walk away with. Not just the satisfaction I got Boardwalk and Park Place first or conquered the world in Risk. I currently am running a several-years-long campaign set in Ed Greenwood's Forgotten Realms. If you'd like more info, feel free to visit my Obsidian Portal Campaign page. I work in the cafeteria for a local medical facility, and I really enjoy it most days. It's work, but it's fun and easy. I also am employed by Greenville County as a substitute babysitter for minors with disabilities.
I am a follower of Christ, but I refuse to adopt any denominational label or to fully support any Christian organization. My parents raised me to think, not mindlessly follow whatever religious leader is popular at the time. They taught me, quite truthfully, that no religious leader is ever going to be 100% correct. We are all human beings prone to error, and that includes pastors and evangelists. Even Paul said that if one of the Apostles brought to the believers any other gospel than the one they had recieved to reject that message. If even an Apostle could err, then most certainly any man can.
I consider the Church to be a body of believers, prone to err, but by God's grace, able to rise. I will not keep hidden any error Christians have made or are making in the public eye, I believe the best testimony to the world is to be honest. When a Christian

s up, own up to it publically, but embrace our fallen and help restore them to righteousness when they repent.
I love my work, I love my friends, and I love my Lord. and that's me in a nutshell.
