#119 of Dungeon arrived a few days ago (as promised by Paizo) and today all my missing magazines arrived with a letter of appology... so I'm happier now :) Lets hope all the future magazines get to us now!

I've had a good reply from Paizo - apologizing for the problems etc. The have also promised to keep intouch with what is happening and give me details of when the issues can be mailed out to me. This is the sort of e-mail I'd expect from customer service when something goes wrong. So it looks...

I'm still waiting for a reply from Paizo. As they've had email and network problems I've re-sent the e-mail and forwarded on to other staff, including their CEO. I personally get the feeling that Paizo have a big problem and are not handling the situation too well. Hopefully someone at Paizo...

I've just fired off another email to Paizo just incase my last email was lost - they have just fixed a network problem apparently....

I've e-mailed Lorraine to see what she knows about this and if she can help out. Its crazy that we need to track down people to get hold of magazines that we have paid for already, surely its illegal not to supply the magazines or explain exactly what the problem is?

It looks like Paizo have more problems than just Amazing and Undefeated - basically theres loads of Subscribers to Dungeon/Dragon magazine in Europe who have not had any magazines in months. Theres many angry customers (including myself) on the forums trying to find out what is happening... not...
