I don't see how tracking the ammunition die is any easier than tracking the actual number of shots available.
Tracking ammo that way also seems to lead to unexpected ammunition shortages.
The hit points are also not quite right. Other classes that have a d10 for hit points may either roll the die or select 6 hit points. Your class can roll the die or choose 7.
What does the 18 in parentheses mean for the intelligence?
why do you think Gygax gave Conan such a low (relative to the other very high stats) wisdom score?
I would allow it. I wouldn’t even dock the movement. Goblins move at 30. An indefatigable warforged should be able to keep that pace.
And also because most small pc races have abilities to counterbalance the penalties for being small.
I like the idea of encounter packs. Something better than a 4 beholder pack would be nice. I see that thing as doomed to failure and fear that it will take the idea down with it. The idea is sound, its just that no one* needs 4 beholders.

A clear example of a healing surge parallel (complete with +2 to defenses) can be seen in this movie clip
This is an extreme example of what a healing...
I would say that the best of the LE minis are better than the worst of the last 5-6 DDM sets, but for averages I would say that DDM (even recent ones) have LE stuff beat hands down. Painfully so.
