Drow make excellent sneaky scouts, but as a Sorcerer will need to find a way to get Stealth and Perception. This generally costs two feats (Multiclass Ranger, Warlock or both), but can also be done with a Hybrid.
Here is a Hybrid Sorcerer|Rogue that should be both fun and effective. The idea...
Agree with the other posters on At-Wills. Thunder Wave and Scorching Burst are no-brainers. Illusory Ambush is the best choice for a point attack - it is very useful to have an At-Will that targets each of the three defenses, and the -2 debuff helps the party.
Surprised that no one has...
Half-Orc Barbarian | Sorcerer
Half-Orc Barbarian | Sorcerer is fun and and versatile Striker with excellent mobility and a variety of attacks. This build is optimized to hit multiple enemies each turn with an At-Will close blast attack and an Encounter that targets up to three enemies within 2...
Anybody have a link to after action reports from the Ultimate Delve at GenCon?
Another post described the Ultimate Delve this way:

Halfling and Drow get +1 Dex, which translates into +1 AC, Reflex and Initiative and -1 Fortitude. Both have useful racial abilities and racial feats too...
Players have choices too
If players are tired of conditions then they should consider putting more resources into countering conditions. There are plenty of items / powers / feats that can reduce the risk or length of being under a negative condition. Players should invest in these instead...
Thunderclap Strike
Close Burst 1, 2d8 + Int and knock prone
Unlike Electrified Lash it also hits allies, but knock prone can be very helpful.
What are your plans for 8th level? Consider retraining a feat to Multiclass Wizard, then burning a feat to swap for Fire Shield in your Utility 6 feat...
RRoT is a bit overpowered, but nowhere near as broken as Battlerager or Rain of Blows or Reckless+Bloodclaw combo or any number of other things. Are the other characters in the party fully optimized? If so, RRoT might not be out of place.
How often does your party encounter undead? Clerics...
Skill Training: Perception and Alertness are both feat bonuses and do not stack.
Dragons are highly intelligent creatures and as such should always have an escape plan.
