I disagree. with twin spell you are literally effecting the victim with a doubled spell. They could possibly fail both saves and be nailed for twice the damage. I think maybe a compromise would be in order, maybe call Baneful a +2 and Improved Baneful a +3. On a whole twin spell and quicken...

I like them just how they are, good job. Wasn't there a spell in 2ed that accomplished the same thing? I think it was called Thrice, and Thrice supreme, but I may be wrong. Anyways, these feats look good to me. Happy Trails
