I think the uses of Misstep Stance should regenerate on both a short rest and a long rest, as it's a key feature of the subclass, and that's consistent with how Bladesong works, from SCAG, rather than gaining additional uses. That's more preference, though, since I see you're kind of following...

I really like the idea for this one. Makes me think of like a Devil May Cry kind of style meter thing. Is Blocking Blades supposed to use your reaction, and can you only use it once for a single attack? That's the one that immediately jumped out to me as a potential problem or source of abuse.
