As defined by Merriam-Webster, agility is the quality/state of being agile, which is defined as 'marked by ready ability to move with quick easy grace'. Balance is a part of agility, so I guess maybe that's why you think it's an appropriate name for the power, but 'Agility' inspires thoughts of...

    Encounter - Split Personality

I have DDI. I just didn't understand you were saying what the monster type was in the parenthesis after her name. I get it now. It's almost ridiculous how perfect a fit for her it is.

Midnite Blade Student (MOD), -1 Reflex Weapons

Unbalancing? Stumbling like Malcolm said is good too.

    Encounter - Split Personality

Another question, is there any particular reason why the two tiers are only a level apart? That's not so much multiple tiers as one level's worth of stat tweaking... why not make two actual different tiers from a D&D sense for it? A heroic and a paragon version, or paragon and epic? EDIT: And...

    Encounter - Split Personality

I don't read peoples' blogs. I come here for the forum, mainly. I doubt I'm the only one who does that. I'm not saying I don't like the idea. I'm a WoW crackhead, and I like seeing things get transposed like this. I'm just saying that, unless someone went looking at your blog, if they were just...

    Encounter - Split Personality

World of Dungeons and Dragoncraft much? EDIT: Geez, the encounter name is even the achievement name too, man. And all that fluff... Why not just say "I'm conceptualizing World of Warcraft in a D&D form" instead of making it look like you're making all of it up? Not to be a jerk. :\

I'd rename 'Steadfast Agility' to 'Steadfast Resolve' or something. Being able to stay steady and still when something is trying to knock you down really has nothing to do with agility.

I'm still learning what appropriate stat balances are and such, but I think this looks fantastic. I'm a sucker for 'mobile cannon' type creatures, big, hulking constructs that unleash hell. The visual of a handful of these things lining the deck of a ship as the craft's main artillery is great.

    Monster idea - Animated Gate

Whatever you do, let one of the PCs walk into the gate first, and let it make an attack against them, knocking them back even if it doesn't deal damage (call it the pc diving away). Then have that gate and the previous gate lock shut until the Gatemonster is defeated. For effect, have the gate...

Stacking Eladrin Boots and two Eladrin Rings of Passage

I'd say the Ring and the Boots stack just fine, but as the exact same enchantment exists on both rings, I'd say that falls into the 'two bonuses of the same type not stacking' category. But that's just my opinion.

    Seekers of the Ashen Crown

Rotwing zombies are a creature in the Monster Manual. They have an attack called Slam instead of 'Claw'. They likely were thinking about that monster instead of this Skullborn version. In this case just substitute 'Claw' for 'Slam' in the Flying Charge thing, it's just an error.

Character Concepts - Dragon Lance (Updated 6/12)

Tasslehoff needs a hoopak. Add in a staff to count for the hoopak being sort of a staff/sling combo weapon.

    Elven Bow "Paradox"

Even if Elves were to cut down trees in order to make bows, they're a 'green' enough people to use every inch of the tree. They'd ensure seeds were planted to birth new trees, they'd use all of the wood to help create homes and other needs. And they'd weave thousands of leaves into pretty pretty...

    Can Warforged get laid?

Warforged Resolve ensures that their stamina won't be a question. Then it's just a matter of getting a House Cannith tinkerer to craft a... component, and voila. You have Jude Law from A.I.. Well. A little chunkier. Well. A little less handsome. Well... just turn the lights off.

    Daring the Gods

Generally, you can’t take the same feat more than once, and most of the time you wouldn’t want to. A few feats, however, specify that you can take the same feat multiple times. That means you can apply the bonus from the feat to more than one situation—multiple weapon groups, powers you know...
