People are surprised to find out that they still need to know how to pass a drug test, even if they have permission from their state for medical reasons. The trouble is, it still doesn't get you off the hook with employers. Attitudes are changing little by little, but until the federal laws change, it's still up to employers to hire you if you don't pass a drug test because of medical use. As you may have guessed, I'm a strong advocate for medical marijuana and I'm actively involved on this issue.
