I disagree. My friend ran a frenzied berzerker in a campaign I DM'd recently. When DM'ing I often accounted for fighters by tossing in an extra hand-to-hand combattant or two. That frenzied berzerker char required squads.... Frenzy is just another kind of rage, but still essetially the same...
