I said that and I do think CC3 is great. It's the most powerful mapping program out there. But It's not my first choice anymore. I use so many but if you want quick maps, I would recommend DungeonDraft for battlemaps and WonderDraft for overland. Really, it depends on what you need it...

There are a lot more resources to learn CC3 now. Profantasy has been doing weekly (mostly) live mappings showcasing something but showing how to do it all. If you need help, the FaceBook group is quite active. Or DM me.
