PunkApocalyptic is very fun. It is a quick set up and the tables make character generation a blast.

Demon Lord is a fantastic game. It was and is the best Kickstarter for value and content that I have backed. I enjoy the system and the ease of getting a game prepped.

I don't want to get into a flame war. I will note that the "intent" to permanently deprive is "intentionally acting" which is the culpable mental state by your own terms. Q.E.D. or some other Latin phrase that applies here. :)
