With Mind's eye (wizards web site) or ITCK then they are more balanced, if not they are as The Souljourner said pretty bad. A couple of combo you have to watch out, but beside that they are about right with the other stuff.

Yeah, they actually said that an unconscious creature fails any reflex save. As for Fort and Will, well, yes I concure that it would be better to make cures willing spell, and death knell not. However, what happens to levitate? It has no save, but state willing creature...

I know that it was a muddy point in 3.0, but in 3.5, if a creature is unconscious, is he willing (thus forgoing any saves for cures and levitate and things like it) or not (attempting to save vs said harmful effects as well as cures.)?

Your thinking about the Ethereal GreenSlime, the astral is the one used by teleport and is not at all simmilar to the material plane. And for the fighter, I like the way Divert teleport works (psionic power), it basicly gives a will save vs where you want him to be.

I have found that "keeping" the hps can be very problemtic, especially combined with magic jar/mind switch, and am in the camp of keeping only your base HD, unless you want mages "gaining" permenent Hps from thin air. Anyway, that's my take on it.

If you use body fuel to burn up your CON (not the one doing the switching), and the switching guy heals the body (Via body adjustement or restoration) the loop come back, without any magical effect.
