I think just the Armor DR system put a bit of a slow on things. Might just cut it. But the evasion / deflection system didn't slow a thing down. Infact, it's never really used until specific situation arises (Hold spells eliminates Evasion. Stuff like that.) Otherwise the AP system didn't slow...
This is a set of homebrew rules that was in the works for at least 13 years. Making this public for anyone interested. These rules are still experimental.
Armor Rules:
Divided to Evasion and Deflection Values.
All other AC categories are ignored.
Weapon Rules:
Uses the Action Point system.
Oh... I forgot to mention in the PDF that my homebrew edition
uses the AP system: Action Points like Divinity: Original Sin or
Wasteland 2. Just ignore it if you don't use that system.
Within this text is a modification of the 4th Edition's rules for POWERS and the 3rd Edition's rules...
