fast paced action Initially i was concerned with the huge party but so far, everyone's putting in lots of effort and we're speeding along like the wind. Now if we can start gaining some levels, level 1 can be so boring for a spellcaster.

Luckily with Rumar, we have a decent tank. As Gramcrackered said, Grundar is only effective against creatures that are vulnerable to sneak/critical attacks. He's a bit reliant on that, which is something i'm not too fond off, right now. At least i think Yarrick won't be immune to it.. :>

Its ok. I took multiweapon fighting for the racial feat. Deflect arrows is a nice feat to have now that you don't have to make a reflex save. My only concern is timing my feat availability to get improved multiweapon fighting when i get BAB +11. I think it shouldn't be a problem though.

Ugh, I just found out that creatures with more than 1HD don't get a feat when gaining their first class level.. The thri-kreen already has an extra feat due to racial HD. They get deflect arrows at ECL1, then another feat at ECL3. So the next feat should come in at ECL6 which is class level 2...

The shirt and vest are the same slot, but they have different affinities. The shirt has the physical improvement affinity. Improving Con should match it i think. As for the boots, maybe some sandals might be a better fit. Sandals of speed.. yeah.. that's the way or instead we could do...

I read in Unearthed Arcana, you can buy off LA with XP at certain levels. I'm thinking that might be a good option when combined with non-psionic thri-kreen. Even if its just the regular thri-kreen, it should be a pretty good option nonetheless.
