[D&D 5E] Shackled City & Age of Worms completed!

My favorite adventure out of the entire campaign is definitely that first one. If I were to ever re-run a campaign using it, I think utilizing that first adventure as an intro to the setting then just using Cauldron as a base would be a great idea.

[D&D 5E] Shackled City & Age of Worms completed!

Haha, I think you're right! As I'm sitting here sorting maps and assets and deciding how to adapt to fit my isometric maps, I'm thinking... maaayyyybe more than 4 sessions. By quite a bit.

[D&D 5E] Shackled City & Age of Worms completed!

That's awesome! Mine was also heavily (heavily) modified (but SCAP was largely RAW). Love the incorporation of the classics (I did that, too, though not that adventure).

[D&D 5E] Shackled City & Age of Worms completed!

Happy to report that, though it took 16 1/2 years, I FINALLY completed my SHACKLED CITY & AGE OF WORMS campaigns. Started with Pathfinder 1st Edition, but ended with 5e. Ran the entire thing across multiple VTTs, beginning with MapTools and ending with Foundry (which was hands down the best of...

    Homebrew Campaign Setting

Thanks for the feedback! And yes, definitely I'm a terrible, terrible layout artist. I agree about the SRD. I sort of fell into it. At first I was like, well, I have to change the equipment section. Then I was like, well, I also have to edit the cost of spell components. Then I was like, all...

    Homebrew Campaign Setting

Right on. Hope you get something out of it! It's very much tailored to my group's tastes and style, but thought some of the elements might have universal appeal.

Yeah, it's all the maps that are included. The PDF is 166mb (nearly 800 pages).

    Homebrew Campaign Setting

Haha, fair enough. And no worries-- this setting was designed for my group anyway. I just thought to share since it's rather fleshed out, so maybe folks might find bits and pieces to cannibalize for their own campaigns, or an inspiring idea or two. It's too large as an attachment, alas. But to...

    Homebrew Campaign Setting

Hello, all. Wanted to share my group's homebrew 5e campaign setting. It's inspired more by the pulpy 30s -- age of antiquity, sword & sorcery, Conan, et al. Lots of homebrewed rules for character creation and various other aspects (cited where possible throughout the document). Also includes an...
