Actually i really liked POR2. It does have a couple critical flaws but its one of the few CRPG's i've actually finished. 1st thing the game REQUIRES the speed hack it should be included in the official patch.Without it the game really is unplayable, with it the combat engine/turn based system...

I'll second the merciless addon its the cats ass! yes there is some issues with their netcode and hit detection hopefully they'll be able to tweak it. the laggy servers for the demo were usually just servers that were allowing more connections then what was recommended per hardware and network...

For me its amazon all the way.. the local hobby shop has the price of DnD stuff marked up from its listed shipping(they put their own pricetag over the list price on back of books) and between that and the amazon shipping and discount..not even close. Sorry but for me spending 102 dollors for 3...

speaking of the character generator demo anyone know how to get the sound files out of it? I'd love to use em for a desktop theme i was creating but don't recognize the sound files format. anyone that knows how to rip the sounds out of the demo i'd love to learn how

what i don't understand is this... it takes all of 10minutes to setup a ezboard message board thats free...yes its not on their site,yes it would have popup adds.. but couldn't they just do that..put the link to the ezboard on their page as a temp site till they get their server problems...
