    Hi guys, here's the ref. sheet I'm using in my current campaign. It lists conditions, attack modifiers, available actions and a short spec of combat advantage and opportunity attack. It looks a little crowded but there's a lot of stuff in there. Comments, criticisms and suggestions are welcome.

    That's interesting and might work, but could you provide an in-game explanation/justification for that? I know D&D 4e isn't the most realistic game ever made but isn't that a little too much? Isn't it better to fix a few powers rather than the whole rest mechanic?

    I see how you have a slightly different rationale behind your house-rule. I too dislike auto-damage. My intention was to remove that (subjective) flaw while changing as little as possible (thus abiding to the KISS principle).
