Try Search Spells - it's a pretty astonishingly exhaustive (and amazingly searchable) index of, AFAIK, every last 3.5 spell, ever.

I'm currently running a group through Kobold Hall, in preparation for starting KotS, so I think WotC's timing is pretty fantastic. Can anyone think of a clever way to compare the two versions of the PDF and get a list of changes, beyond reading both side by side? Does acrobat do that 'version...
