Yeah, I always find myself looking back at 2e. I see it like this: BECMI: Best Introduction 1e: Best Dungeons 2e: Best Worlds 3e: Best Mechanics 4e: Best Balance 5e: Best Marketing And then I think: what leads to the best campaigns?

Wawaate regards the Mimir bemusedly, asking it, "Placing you in my pack will not be an affront to you, will it?" Regardless of the answer, he finds space for it in his backpack. He removes his gloves and places them on top of the Mimir, closes it, then removes the more oiled and padded cold...

Wawaate eats mostly fungi, and tries the rat. He heads outside with Mr. Black, taking the lead. He keeps his eyes open, watching the alleyway.

To Mr. Black's offer, Wawaate answers, "Yes, something to eat is good. That was my next question, in fact, about this place: if there are no seasons, how does everyone feed themselves?"

Wawaate chuckles. The sight seems a bit odd, given his frowning facepaint. "Indeed, Mr. Black. An odd custom, but not entirely unexpected."
