A friend of mine has a puzzle (not gaming related), and he used this image in the puzzle. I thought I recognized it from the 1st edition Planar Handbook, but I sold that years ago.

Can anyone tell me what this is a map of? I think it's an old D&D Planar Cosmology Map, or a map of a tower or city. Any thoughts?
