Is there anywhere where the restriction on two-weapon fighting to melee weapons is printed? We rotate DMs in my group and different guys rule differently so we operate by rule of print or rule of precedence. I would prefer not to allow this particular precedent.
Can a creature use two-weapon fighting to gain an additional ranged attack with thrown weapons (i.e. head sized stones)? My severly bruised Half-Orc is wondering how the stone giant ranger kicked his backside so effectively.
Do boots of speed deal subdual damage on the round the haste is initiated? If you spent the ten rounds of haste alternating on/off over twenty rounds would you take 10d6 damage?
Can a weapon be used to deliver touch attacks? I can't find anything restricting it. A gauntlet wearing cleric wouldn't need to remove them to deliver an attack. But can vampiric touch or harm be delivered with an extended reach weapon or a whip?
