I have a question about the Warlord archetype from Mythological Figures & Maleficent Monsters. Is it just there to list the tactics and maneuvers for characters that use them, or is it meant to be a playable archetype? If so, is the full archetype written somewhere?

Well, staff size does have a functional purpose in granting you extra followers (and determining garrison size if that applies to your stronghold), so in that regard the wording is important. Because of that, while I understand @lichmaster's concerns, I personally hope the wording is correct as is.

I think the main point of confusion (at least for me) comes trom this line in your original reply to this thread: So the question is, is it actually 1 staff per square feet as the Adventuring Guide says or is that a typo and should it be 1 per 100 feet squared?

Unless I'm just missing it, the only way I see to change the number of staff RAW is to change the quality of your stronghold.

But followers and stronghold staff are different. Sure you can hire more followers, but staff come with the stronghold.

If that's the case, then that's 1 per 10,000 square feet which has the opposite problem and feels a little too sparse to me.

I somehow completely missed the last sentence of Eldritch Evolution. That makes a lot more sense now. 😅

Eldritch Evolution let's you choose one of the several invocations related to Eldritch Blast at level 6, but some of the features require your character to be at least level 7. So do you have to wait until level 12 to take one of these invocations with this ability or does it override the level...

Minor thing, but Lily gets referred to as "he" under her destiny.
