You're right. If I knew the Spare the Dying cantrip, how could I work anywhere else than ER? 16 hour shifts every day... Noope, rather stay Chaotic and gamble in casinos with Mage Hand or Guidance..
...or go full Evil, Vicious Mockery, no somatic component... can you imagine the road rage? :)...
Spare the Dying would have me be present at hospitals all the time, thinking about how many lives I am not saving when I'm not on duty. Also sitting next to my elderly parents listening to the heart monitor would just suck the life out of me :(

I would rule like this:
Arcana check to see whether something can be dispelled:
As free action with disadvantage
OR
As a standard action
OR
As a 1-minute action with advantage

I just realized that the rare sword (Sun Blade) has a huge drawback. It emits sunlight! Let's list all characters that are harmed by sunlight:
Sunlight Sensitivity: Buppido, Shuushar the Awakened, Sarith Kzekarit
Sun Sickness: Stool
Also one extra benefit is that it can be held by monks...

Eyballing LMOP is difficult, as the encounters are not all MEDIUM difficulty. They alternate between EASY and DEADLY. So if you want to keep the crazy tempo, the script will provide.

I have changed the output so that it is more readable. Now it says Goblin (7,7,8) instead of Goblin (7) Goblin (7) Goblin (8)
I have changed logic so that it picks 10 best solutions (according to my script) and displays them in decreasing order of quality. Lazy people...
Narrative POV is very important and is something that no script can compute.
My script outputs up to 10 variants for each encounter, and then you are free to choose one that will match the narrative.
Maybe the one with two Bugbear Chiefs does not work, but then there will be one with single...
My script makes the encounters easier only if you have party with fewer than 4 players.
But main use is, when you have a party of higher level (2+) or more than 5 players. If you'd use the adventure as written, there would be no deadly encounters for such party, and they would waltz through...
I have added few more monsters.
What my app is doing:
1. Adjusting HP of monsters
2. Adjusting number of monsters
3. Changing monsters into similar ones (Wolf/Worg, Ghoul/Ghast)
And tries to do minimal changes that will cause same encounter difficulty for given party.
