My business philosophies are to provide excellent customer service through great communication skills and to add value to my clients with my extensive real estate knowledge. I am a licensed real estate broker and state certified real estate appraiser. I have the ABR (Accredited buyer representative) realtor designation and a current member of NAR (National association of realtors). I created The North Star Group, LLC and North Star Appraisal, LLC in 2003. I enjoy golfing, poker, landscaping and live music.
