Warlocks probably owe a huge debt to wizards in addition to whatever else they owe huge debts to.
I've really enjoyed and benefited from reading this thread as I've been DMing STK. Here are some notes of changes I've made (some of which come directly from this thread). Hopefully this is helpful for some of you.
Major Changes:

The giant slayer magic item reads "When you hit a giant with it, the giant takes an extra 2d6 damage of the weapon's type and must succeed on a DC 15 Strength saving throw or fall prone." Since it doesn't specify otherwise, is the extra 2d6 and/or strength saving throw limited to once per turn...
Does anyone have any experience with running the different giant lairs (chapters 5-9)? Do any of them stand out as being more fun or interesting than the others?
