They probably used the same name precisely because they nerfed those abilities. That is, they don't want people using the 2014 versions. -

It is not just reach weapons. Even if I am holding a reach weapon, someone can disengage from 30 feet away and walk right by you...

Depends on carrying capacity, including equipment. I also say speed us halved if the weight carried is more than half normal capacity...
