terminate and smother are the best kill spells in the game, really. Incinerate, lightning bolt, and flame javelin are all good, though the middle severely outclasses the others. What format is this for? You may want to try solid accel through rituals (dark and cabal ritual) to power it out.

I'm not that savvy in non-competitive vintage play, but if you were to make suggestions to a deck, I'd be glad to square of from time to time.

Also, the prereleases will be given to sanctioned stores, in edition to PES (the guys that run it now), breaking up the large tournaments, as Knight said.
