I just realized that Fiery Dragon has an offer to ship the bundle Battlebox+counters to Western Europe at $115 via Paypal. I'm seriously tempted, with the current exchange rate EUR/USD. Anyone took up that offer yet ? Did it go alright ?

Hello Can a character get multiple instances of a Power-Swap feat ? For example to exchange multiple encounter powers with encounter powers of the second class (multiple Novice Power feat) ? I can't see anything against this in the PHB. Would it be unbalanced ?

I have a question on this topic. Magic Item have enhacement bonuses based on their level : +1 for 1-5, +2 for 6-10, +3 for 11-15 and so on. In the treasure parcels chapter in the DMG, players are supposed to find magin items up to their level +4. So is it ok for players of say level 2 to get...

Just for info, the passages of the PHB you reference have been errata'ed and replaced with the 'multiple keywords, minimum resistance' mechanic.

The expression of joy when a Rogue player gets a critical on a monster with Combat Advantage is unforgettable. :) Trust us, Sneak Attack/Warlock Curse/Hunters Quarry *is* normal damage, and it is maxed on a crit, if only for the cheers around the table on a natural 20. That's what D&D is about IMO.

In the MM there are minions for practically each level. You could just take one of the desired level and reskin it to fit your campaign.

Yeah, I meant you should be able to choose which target to apply SA damage after finishing the attack resolution (including the multiple attack rolls and single damage roll in case of an area attack).

Good question... RAW it says 'extra damage' so it would be logical to apply the same type of damage as the 'normal' damage of your power (and weapon). Up to that point we played that way without actually thinking. The other way would be to force untyped damage for all extra damage.

And you can choose after you roll damage. Depending on your DM you might be able to roll all the damages and choose your target after... I'm not sure if it's forbidden per RAW.
