The only cameo I really needed to see in a Happy Gilmore 2 was Drew Carey punching Happy out. If it does not have that then I really never needed to see it.

Suddenly I noticed they are using the same lopsided uniforms as Discovery and.... the fact that they did not change that really does make it seem like a Discovery sequel rather than being its own thing.

Me neither, but that was COVID. I refuse to watch an Avatar film for the first time in anything less than cinematic 3D. I am going to assume, not necessarily correctly, that there will be opportunity to see the second film again when this one hits theatres, and then I will rectify that.

Mostly why anyone would be excited by this. Maybe I just do not know how audio books "work" but it did not sound gripping to me at all.

I think the main problem with the wall is that somehow for an galactic federation over eight hundred years old it has space for all of your faves from one measly sixty year period.

This looks amazing. ...Wait... that made me think of Amazo. And Amazo, right now, makes me think of Bizarro. ...Could this parallel dimension be the home of Bizarro in this iteration of DC?

I mean there was that whole, "Everyone was cut off from one another for a century," business but I think she just meant it in the individual sense. Like, what happened in each cadet's life. I am... not super thrilled. I enjoyed watching Discovery but I am worried about this repeating...

She started The Honest Company in 2011 too. I think that, and her kids, may have been more her priority. Maybe she is trying to get back into the game though. She is going to be in a film about Maserati. It also has Anthony Hopkins, so maybe this one will be decent?

Why do people always have to play the, "I know someone and you might know who they are but I am not going to tell you," card? Now I want know! (I have possibly played this card myself before; does not mean I have an answer.)

One guy who I think you could probably not actually recast anytime soon is Deadpool*. Much of that of course being that Ryan Reynolds is completely tied up in the authorship of his iteration. *Variants do not quite count the same way.

And Jessica Alba. Let us not forget Jessica Alba. In fact it would be fun if they cast Jessica Alba in the new X-Men as someone like Moira MacTaggert. But as far as international success goes right now international audiences might be a bit sensitive at the present moment to how overwhelmingly...

I am not going to read this thread because I do not want to be spoiled that much but I feel like doomscrolling on Facebook has already spoiled some major plot points for me.

Was action star one of the things Elle Fanning had left to tick off on her bingo card? She looks really good in this. Could be a solid boost to an already respectable career.
