Gamemasters guide is out, they funded Labyrinth. The more 5e 2024 comes out, the more ToV looks like the better contender, but it has a very small presence sadly.

I had a chance to play in a demo game using Shard VTT yesterday with very little upfront knowledge of ToV. Ranger was fun. Beastkin (or something). The ancestry provided alot of goodnfluff and mechanics as did the background. Luck. Why in many decades of d20 did I not figure out this 'one...

Had a lot of fun playing Numenera and then destroying the world running Shadow of the Demon Lord in the afternoon. Hopefully everyone walked away from my game with a new-found respect for dysentery, molotov cocktails and zombies. I know I did :) Cheers, -Josh

Unfortunately I am going to have to bow out of running anything as my mom passed last week. I will be there as a player, but we have quite a bit of work to do here in the next few weeks that isn't going to leave me anytime to prepare anything worthwhile :(

Not so much turned off as I ran a Dragon Age campaign for about a year, but system familiarity and the players lit up when we returned to Savage Worlds. Now of course Shadow of the Demon Lord is out in pdf form at least which is triggering my gamer ADD... ;)

Very true, however after now having run it for my group once, I'v decided that I would like to run City of Lankhmar. :) (Preferably morning)

I'm torn between running Fantasy AGE or Savage Worlds: Lankhmar thoughts?

Fun day folks! Had a blast playing Earthdawn this morning.

Atomic Highway is both free and excellent at emulating Mad Max. Savage Worlds, particularly with Hell on Earth would also be fantastic. Mutant Year Zero, while a fabulous game, is a much grimmer take on the apocalypse.

At the very least we will have a game of GMs... :)

I will be there as well. I will have a 'backup game' of Covert Ops with me as well in case that I ran at Gameholecon last year that can go with a much smaller pool of players if needed. The show must go on :)

Going in the afternoon works perfectly well for me. And my last change (promise :) ): Back to Savage Worlds which then gives SW in the morning and in the afternoon for those interested... It also worked better in brief playtesting but that is probably due to my running alot more Savage Worlds...

Thanks! I will be going with 13th Age as I see that there is already a Savage Worlds game on the docket and Runequest won't let me go quite as gonzo as I need to.( and it would be a tad complex as well. ) So same description for the game, just with 13th Age as the system. I can also run...
