Had another session late last night and just managed to get the session typed up. Hope you enjoy:
Before we started, Hirsan reached Level 5 from the last session.

They emerge from the woods near the coast and, to Hirsan's disgust, in sight of the Port...
With this write up I'm finally caught up on our sessions so far. Hope everybody's been enjoying them, we'd love to know what you think.
We pick up the next morning after a few hours of sleep. Eleanor and the horses have spent the night tied to a tree and Hirsan waters them each in turn...
OOC Hirsan levels up to Level 4 at this point. I haven't went into detail about his build but his first ASI goes into the Skilled feat to round out some proficiencies it seems like he should know.
**********************
After 2 long days of hard marching they're within sight...
It's mid-morning when Eleanor stumbles into the impoverished village of Briarhome, Hirsan still pushing her anytime she fails to meet his brisk pace.
“Here's human home girl. Where is your King?!” he snarls in irritation as Eleanor struggles to stay on her feet.
She looks back at him...
I've beem DMing for around 20 years, but in all that time I've never actually got to play the game. My wife has recently taken pity on me and resolved to run me through a campaign at least once in my life.
I'm teaching her how to DM as she goes, so she hasn't quite got the balancing right yet...
Posting mostly to gage interest, hoping someone gets a kick out of it:
The year is 3408.
Humanity is as fractured as ever, in many ways even more so. Countless factions exist over countless worlds, each existing in isolation from the others; an unsteady peace enforced through a...
I'm not sure how many people here would be interested, but shortly after the campaign wrapped up I started trying to get it turned into a comic. After a lot of time and effort, it's finally happened.
If anyone's interested in seeing McCrow and Friends in a new medium, with the story a little...
Welp, that was the last of them for now. No idea when we'll play again, but the Journal's caught up to the last session. Hope everybody that kept checking in here enjoyed it and we'd love to know what you thought so far.
Over the next week Eadric and Rambalt set about putting together a 'Fire Plane Survival Kit' from the various potions that Rambalt has sitting around his lab. In the end, they manage to get together 5x Endure Elements, 2x Protection From Fire, 2x Elemental Speech and 4x Cure Moderate Wounds...
Kavos drags Farakim's body into the monster's own fire pit and Eadric uses the last of his Fire Breath to set it aflame. The two of them spend the next hour gathering sticks and fallen branches to stoke the flames higher and eventually a roaring fire sits atop their fallen enemy.
They wait...
It doesn't take long to spot Farakim's camp once they know what they're looking for. Ro'than'dur gives them a commanding view of the landscape and Eadric manages to spot a thin trail of smoke from a barely smoldering campfire.
They land a little ways up the road to avoid giving away their...
We pick up from the end of our last session with Hezrael dragging his master's unconscious body through the forest as Eadric brings up the rear, leaping into action and axekicking any spider that pokes its head out in their path until it no longer wishes to be in their path.
It seems to be...
Eadric wakes up bloody and dizzy before the form of the Fire Idol, it takes him a minute to notice the dull ache issuing from his left hand a moment longer to remember removing the last two fingers from it.
Strangely, the pain is minimal and the longer he lays there the better he feels. He...
Kavos spends the next few days ensuring that the town is ready to go; he even takes the opportunity to invite the dwarves to the Keep along with the rest of the town, even relaxing his 'no weapons' policy, ensuring that their supply line from East Bank remains open despite the move.
Eadric...
We pick up where we left off last time. Eadric is basically one big, bed-ridden bruise and the town is freaking out. There was only one casualty from Dolph's assault, but without Eadric's suicidal gambit there's no telling what the mercenary would have done.
Having just stolen Dolph's soul as...
